Tuesday workout

Work has been ridiculous. So I had to postpone training day AND do my own workout much later than usual. So this is what I came up with:

Walkout pushup -10
3pt lunge -6/6
Forearm plank - 30seconds
2x

Workout
Tuck jump -15
Swings 45lb kb - 10/10
Goblet squat 35lb kb -12
Pistol squat -10/10
3x

Vups -20
Bicycle crunch -10/10
Side Plank drop & reach through -10/10

Enough to work up a good sweat, but not too strenuous for a tired little body.
